Executive Director Revenue Cycle Management Position NOW in Cincinnati, OH

Position overview Primarily responsible for reviewing and expanding workwith existing clients, implementation of new clients, and the quality reviewand training of current and newly hired associates.Position duties Work with revenue cycle and patient account leaders at clients toimplement best practices and improve revenue cycle performanceEvaluate current business offerings and identify improvements, enhancementsand new service line opportunities Implement work and develop staff at new engagements Assist in identification of new business productservice offerings Current understanding of all client departmental operations, including managedcare contractual terms and requirements, business office operations,accounts receivable and financial reporting technology, basic accounting andindustry standards for healthcare revenue resolution management practices Establish quality review process for existing work and associates Further develop training processes for new and existing associates Oversee the development, enhancement and ongoing education of all directreports Ensure areas of responsibility achieve quarterly cash and financial goals Comply with federal and state laws, company policies and procedures.REQUIREMENTS Critical skills and Experience Min of 5 yrs experience as a ManagerDirector in a hospital basedpatient financial services andor revenue cycle department In-depth knowledge of hospital billing and reimbursementExperience developing clientvendor relationships Computer proficient - Ms word and Microsoft excelAnalytical and analytical abilitiesExpertise to read and interpret and extensive variety of documents such ascontracts, claims, instructions, policies and procedures in EnglishExpertise to write routine correspondence in EnglishExpertise to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw validconclusionsStrong customer service orientationExcellent interpersonal and communication expertiseExcellent leadership skills and abilitiesCommitment to company valuesExpertise to travel to visit or implement new clientsCompetitors SourcesTriHealthChrist HospitalBottom line requirements we need 1. five years experience as a Manager or Director in a hospital basedpatient financial services andor revenue cycle department.2.
