Accounting Specialist in Cincinnati, OH

A company in the Blue Ash area is looking for an accounts receivable specialist for a six week temporary project. The position will report to the Accounting Supervisor, and will involve the following job responsibilities - processing customer returns for all lines of business, researching various customer sales portals, extracting revenue data, a high volume of data entry, readying details to be entered as journal entries, handling and applying miscellaneous cash, and playing an instrumental role in the accounts receivable function. The perfect candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and at least a couple of years of background, being able to understand debits and credits and general accounting principles. A degree is not required, but a strong accounting knowledge is required. Oracle background would be a plus, but not required.
