A growing business near Blue Ash is in urgent need of an experienced professional Accounts Receivable/Commercial Collections Specialist to assist with a backlog of work. The Accounts Receivable/Collections Specialist will be making out-bound calls to past due commercial accounts to obtain immediate payments, establish payments plans and update account info while maintaining a positive customer experience throughout. This temporary Accounts Receivable/Collections role is expected to last for six weeks. Three Years of recent commercial collections and accounts receivable experience is required along with a very professional demeanor. Strong communications skill both over the phone and through email are also a requirement for this role.
