This position is responsible for ensuring prompt completion of loan processing, including the processing of incoming documents from customers and schools and assisting with the sending/moving of funds on our customers?/consumers? behalf. In addition, this position proactively works to build and improve processes as the product base expands, and document accordingly and provides trustworthy, supportive and individualized customer care. If you have a Bachelor?s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field and 2-3 years related experience in financial services, student loan or other loan industry, this could be the job for you. We are seeking individuals with experience moving funds, general business knowledge, and the ability to see ?big picture.?
